Sponsorship

The annual Rural Libraries Conference hosted by Peace Library System attracts more than 150 delegates from northern Alberta, northern British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories. These delegates are public and school library staff, librarians, and library trustees and they are leaders in the library field. Don’t miss the opportunity to showcase your organization to these delegates!

As a sponsor, you will:
  • Support a valuable and important professional development opportunity for northern librarians and library staff
  • Gain exposure in the library community
  • Network and meet leaders in the library field, building valuable business relationships
  • Showcase new products or services your organization offers to libraries

To view our various levels of conference sponsorship, check out our Sponsorship Information Brochure.

The Rural Libraries Conference will gladly work with you to consider a sponsorship that fits your organization’s budget. Speak to us about sponsoring a session that fits your interests and receive session-specific acknowledgment in conference materials and during the conference. Or, consider sponsoring a meal, coffee break, reception or other event and receive special acknowledgment.

We are also actively looking for donations of goods and merchandise for conference prizes and delegate bags.
